Lavender and Orange are two great oils that are used regularly for anxiety. Lavender and begamot are commonly used for depression. Bergamot is a citrus oil that is also know as the oil of self acceptance and self love. Everyday I am so thankful and blessed that I have these powerful oils to help me in my life. My quality of life is a lot better since I started using essential oils. Which oil would you like to try?
