Chinese Won-Tons
1/2 lb. Hamburger
1 Onion
1 tsp garlic
1 Small head of cabbage
1 15oz can bean sprouts
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Drop ginger essential oil
1/4 tsp Cheyenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 package Won Ton wrappers
2-3 cups vegetable oil

Brown hamburger, drain grease then add onion and garlic. Chop up cabbage and and add with bean sprouts save juice. Next put Soy Sauce, cornstarch ginger essential oil and bean sprout juice in separate container, mix together then add to cabbage mixture. Then add Cheyenne pepper and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes. Now take mixture and put in Won Ton wrappers. Make cornstarch and water mixture that will be glue for the wrappers. This will be 2 Tbsp cornstarch to approximately 2 Tbsp water. Finally fry Won Tons in hot grease until golden brown. Save in warm 200 degree oven until ready to serve. This dish is great with rice.
